Natty peanut butter is. The reg stuff has too much refined sugars in it.

Is it the hydrogenated oil crap or real peanut butter?

From what i've read - neither peanuts (peanut butter) nor wheat bread are a complete protein source by themselves. However, each one has the EAA's that the other lacks, therefore when eaten together they are a complete source.

Having said that - when you compare the amount of fat in peanut butter vs. the amount of protein in the PB even when paired with wheat bread, you'll see it's not an efficient source. If you're on a bulk diet, I don't see how a sandwich a day would hurt, but you shouldn't rely on it as a meal - it's a good snack, that's about it.

Like the guys above said - get rid of the Jiffy/Skippy crap PB and buy some Natty. It's not bad, but I bet your huge craving will go away after you eat some of this stuff!
