Are you stuck at that weight going up or stuck coming down? BTW...if that's you in the avi your quite a ways away from 8.9% body fat. (at least in that picture)

judging by the Heavyweight Gainer shake and the 5000 cals, i assume you're bulking?

if you're not gaining weight with those macros, I'd venture to guess:

    -you're doing too much cardio

    -you're overtrained

-your lifting approach may be off...

what are your goals, and what's your weekly workout routine?

I know you said you are not growing, but that protein is WAY too high. Any more than 300g in your case is overkill. The rest will just convert to fat since your body will have no use for it.

Fireguy; I'm stuck at that weight going up. Pic. in the avi is about 6 months ago.

Turkey; Current goal is about 235 by june/july time frame. There is no cardio in my routine. Yes I am trying to bulk. Workouts are 15-16 working sets per muscle group 10-12 reps per set.

    Mon - Shoulders/abs/Lats (3 sets)
    Tues - Legs
    Wed - Back/abs
    Thur - Chest
    Fri - Arms/abs/Lats (3 sets)
    Sat - Off
    Sun - Start again
