OK one problem i have is sweets, but there's allot out there that is fat free /sugar free ice cream and cookies etc....anyone see a problem with eating these when bulking or cutting ?

this stuff did wonder for me whe i was cutting
the whole tub is total 700 calories
50 grams is protein, 20 is fat
the rest is fiber, sugar, and straches
did wonder for me when i dieted
and best part si in the worst case you ate a whole tub, u wont eat for thr est of the day coz ull be crapping ur pants form all the artifical fiber
ahahahahaha, and u wont be hungry at al lol
