POST workout nutrition???????
IMO post workout meals are very important.but the question i have is if iam cutting<which Iam> is eating fast digesting carbs bad after a workout i know in most cases no.But my PWO meal is at nite so i think the carbs mite be bad considering iam going to sleep within 3 hrs of this high carb meal.there alot of opinions on this high carb idea after working out.

I'm in the exact same situation man. Since this came up i've cut back on my usual PWO carbs and instead of getting a 2:1 ratio I'm barely taking in 1:1 pwo with carbs that are lower on the glycemic index. So far I'm down 8 lbs in just under 2 weeks, good luck to ya.

no need for high gi carbs ever. Don't eat fast digesting carbs.
