    Bulking Phase Diet Need Advice

    Current:
    19 years old
    5'10
    173 lbs
    9 bf

    Bulking Phase
    Total 3,200
    Protein 240g
    Fat 71 g

    Meal 1 60 protein, 18 fat, 100 carbs (3 different meals for meal 1 which i switch up once in a while)

    1. 6 eggs 3 whites
    2c plain yogurt
    3/4c blue berries/strawberries/mixed berries
    2. 8oz lean meat
    5c hash browns
    1 piece whole fruit
    3. 1.5c cream of rice/oatmeal/ or 3 pieces whole fruit
    60g whey protein
    stevia to taste

    Meal 2 60 protein 18 fat 100 carbs

    8 oz round steak trimmed lean or white meat
    2 c brown rice
    mixed veggies/salad

    Pre or Post workout meal 50 g carbs 30 protein
    1 large banana 30 liquid protein whey
    1.5 bottle carbo force/ protein bar/whey

    Meal 3 30 g protein, 10 fat, 50 g carbs
    1 c brown rice/2 potatos/large yam/whole wheat pasta/corn tortilles/bread
    1 c steamed veggies
    5 0z chicken

    Meal 4 60 protein 18 fat 100g carbs
    8 oz round steak trimmed lean or white meat
    2 c brown rice
    mixed veggies/ salad/ 1t/ olive oil


    Supplments

    ***** fatty acid - morning
    Multi vitmain - A.M
    Amino Acids pre-post workout
    Glutamine post workout/ before bed
    Creatine Mono Pre workout
    Digestive Ezymes Am before breakfast

    i would add 1 or 2 more meals, then balance the carbs, but i let the experts give you a better advice...

    i feel like i would make my metabolism even faster if i added two meals am trying to slow down my metabolism by having less meals and bigger meals

    whats ur tdee? a fast metabolism is good---ur body can only use some much at a time--spread it out into 1 or 2 more meals like bass said and just eat more

    my tdee is 2799, i was thinking of having less meals bigger meals so i can slow my metabolism bulk up

    that might work, try it see what happens---i just look at it like too much at one time and too much time in between means alot of it might get stored as fat---ur food choices and split look pretty good just spread it out every 2 1/2 to 3 hours where ur eatin---------most bodybuilder diets consist of 6-7 meals and theyre always bulking except for contest prep

    you got a point but i feel my metabolism pretty fast which i wont gain as much fat heres a picture of me its kind of old its only one i have

    if u gotta fast metabolism take advantage of it eat as much clean cals as u can for about 3weeks and see what happens---thats the only real way to know---everybody is different---what works for one might not work for another----this forum is to get guys on the right track---then its trial and error from there----if ur not counting ur pre and post wo nutrition in those totals i think ur good---in other words do u have 4 real meals plus the pre and post wo shakes?

    yeah am thinking of getting chicken / grape jucie blending it for pre post workout i realli want to eat all real food

    if ur eating 4 real meals plus pre and post wo ur ok

    more chicken

    Meal 4 60 protein 18 fat 100g carbs
