    Best Diet for Maintaining Muscles and leaning out quickly

    IYO which is the quickest way to lean out while maintaining as much muscle a possible.

    say u wanted to drop 10lbs in 4-5 weeks of fat while maintaining ur muscle and as much strength as possible how would you go about it?

    Keto?
    Lift heavy and cardio?
    huge deficit?
    no deficit???

    lemme know ur method

    id like to know this as well bud its def not keto though buts it one of the hardest things to do when u diet u lose abit of muscle so its not easy (unless ur juiceing lolololol)!

    way too many variables here.

    If you are fat or overweight, then keto for sure.
    If you are fit and sub 13%BF then I would go moderate to low carb
    If you are very fit (sub 9%bf) and have exceptional amount of muscle, then go maybe 40/40/20 split eating at maintenance and creating a 6-700calorie deficit using cardio.
