    Tuna Question..

I just got some canned Tuna. Is it ok if I fry it with a pinch of butter or olive oil and add peppers and stuff to it. Does it compromise the quality of the food.

I know its a dumb question, but I am worried if I heat it up on a pan instead of making a tuna salad sandwich, its no good.

I use some low fat mayo with some relish,

somtimes I mixit wth mayo and quinoa,

I dont think olive oil would hurt

Butter tho... seriously... do you really have butter?

Y would there be butter in yo fridge?

So the Tuna in water cans. Can those be eaten straight of the can with mayo and seasoning? I am new to this Tuna thing. I love the taste though. Just not sure if I can eat it out of a can without frying it.

How about salmon in water cans. I got a couple of those too to try them. Anyone have any experience with this? Can it be eaten out of the can or does it have to be cooked somehow.

That's how most people eat it, so definitely. Try mixing it with some finely diced onion and celery, mayo, salt and pepper. Personally I can only eat it mixed with Hellman's Real Mayo, so I don't eat it often. If you can stomach light mayo, you can enjoy it more often. However, since you're bulking you can worry about it much less than myself.

Lol!! Good call. I might stick to chicken breast for work. Maybe tuna and cottage cheese before bed. Mmm. I am growing 20 inch arms just thinking about it. Lol

try the tuna in water, mix w/ lemon and pepper. if you need to add mayo, just a small dip would suffice. the lemon is a nice alt. to mayo so it doesn't taste so dry

If you don't wanna use mayo and the tuna is too dry, do what I do. Mix some spicy mustard and some hot sauce with it.

Frying some tuna makes for a nice smelling kitchen, and x2 for hot sauce with tuna straight out the can.

Just don't eat TOO much. I dunno if its still a problem but they used to warn against it due to mercury levels in it.
