    Talking Tweak me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    OK. I know alot of people will see a diet on a sticky and say they eat that and ask you to review it saying thats what they take. When its only a dream.

    This is my rough diet taken over 2 weeks.

    I know it needs some tweaking. and I want to know how i can realisticly tweak it.
    Eating this has been a struggle for me.
    Please bear that in mind.
    I want to gain lean muscle and avoid getting fat while attempting to bulk.

    9:00 am

    2 eggs
    1 bowl of oatmeal
    1 protien shake 30g

    11:00 am

    1 chicken breast
    1 (pasta or rice)

    1:00 pm

    1 can of tuna (usually with mayo 2 slice of bread or wraP)
    1 pasta or rice

    3:00 pm

    1 chicken or steak
    1 vegtables

    5:00 pm
    Potein shake 30g

    6:00 pm
    WORKOUT

    7:30
    Protein shake 30g / Amino Acids/ 1 scoop dextrose

    8:15
    2 chicken breasts

    10:00
    peanut butter/banana

    I try to drink as much water as possible also

    drop that banana at 10pm and add it to ur pre workout and ur good to go---as long as youve added the cals and they fit ur needs----keep eatin it--it gets alot easier once ur body adjusts

    looks pretty good but i dont stay rippt..thats what i do. try to grow without bulking alot. ie bf on cuz i work my ass of at my job. and my cheat day is on sat. amd i love icecream alot. but im gona have a buisy week. i would eat chicken,eggs, gritts, oatmeals good tho, in the morning.. and the shake w prob one slice 7 or 12 whole grain w penut butter. i dont eat mayo so that tuna would have to b really wanted i usually put salsa in my dry shit like tuna, or mustard, hell even rellish.... i love chicken and eggs i usually 2breast, 2eggs, grits w pepper, dry wheat toast. caffieeeeen. or 6eggs 2yolk oatmeal/grits fatfree milk cut down on grains if i drink milk. lmao i eat all kinds of shit, but good shit. but i go to bed kinda bloated, but wake up seen my abbs.wtf.. dinner i had 32g protien bar 1/2 med pizza extra chikn, spinich, jalipinios, mushrooms. bout to take a protien amino acid drink shot 26g no carb no fat just the goods then hit the hay. goodluck

    Ok.
    When you take your amino acid shot. How do you do it.
    I have to plug my nose, eat the powder and down a bottle of water/

    Potein shake 30g I would have some carbs pre-workout as well. You could always shuffle one of your carbs meals earlier in the day to this meal.

    2 chicken breasts I'd add some carbs ppwo. 4-6oz sweet potatoe would be great here

    10:00
    peanut butter/banana Yah, drop the banana. Add slow releasing protien (lean beef or cassein) and a some EFAs

    I try to drink as much water as possible also

    Not bad, but you need to get more EFA's in your diet. It will make a difference, I assure you.

    Its not that bad. But I eat all kinds of bad tasting shit, but its just a shot premixd. Just brush teeth go to bed lol!!
