Ok so this is my very first post. But let me go ahead and say i've researched quite a bit in the diet section of this site. I have a few questions though. I know everything i'll be including in my diet food and supplement wise, I just need to get the portions and doseages right. can anyone help me out? my stats are 5'10 175 lbs but I can stand to lose some fat and get ripped. So here's my food supplement list;
Lean meats - Chicken or turkey breast (I plan on switching it up for sake of variety)
Oats + brown rice for my carbs
Protein shake with skim milk twice a day, 1 PWO
Broccoli + green beans for my greens, not much of a fan of veggies..
eggs mixed with egg whites
And for supplements i'll be taking a Glutamine, flaxseed, fishoil, and R-ALA
Also milk thistle for the winny
Now if someone could help me just put a meal plan together with the right portions i'd be golden. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give! Love the site by the way, very informative and helpful.
