Starting a Winny only cycle and plan on cutting. Diet tips?
Ok so this is my very first post. But let me go ahead and say i've researched quite a bit in the diet section of this site. I have a few questions though. I know everything i'll be including in my diet food and supplement wise, I just need to get the portions and doseages right. can anyone help me out? my stats are 5'10 175 lbs but I can stand to lose some fat and get ripped. So here's my food supplement list;
Lean meats - Chicken or turkey breast (I plan on switching it up for sake of variety)
Oats + brown rice for my carbs
Protein shake with skim milk twice a day, 1 PWO
Broccoli + green beans for my greens, not much of a fan of veggies..
eggs mixed with egg whites
And for supplements i'll be taking a Glutamine, flaxseed, fishoil, and R-ALA
Also milk thistle for the winny
Now if someone could help me just put a meal plan together with the right portions i'd be golden. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give! Love the site by the way, very informative and helpful.

Forgot to add i'm also taking a fat burner, Lipo 6 black, twice a day. I don't think that really is important though..

pretty ambiguous
have no clue what you're actually eating in a given day and how much
not to mention winny only is second only in stupidity to d-bol only as far as cycles go

I understand you thinking the winny only cycle is stupid. But all I'm really asking for is to figure out how to find the correct portions I need to cut properly. I already gave my stats and my bf is roughly 16%. So how do you guys figure portions for a 5 meal day?

need to know ur tdee---it would help if u list out ur supposed meals with all macros and calories for each and then total them up---

Half a Turkey Breast sub on multi-grain or wheat bread. with white american cheese only. Don't know where to get the stats on this though??
2:00 PM (Workout) - Before workout I take 1500mg of glutamine capsules and lipo 6 fat burner
3:30 PM (PWO)
Whey Shake (with skim milk)- P-58g/ F-0g/ C-11g
1 cup Oats- P-12g/ F-5g/ C-54g
1500mg Glutamine
5:30 PM
5oz Boneless skinless chicken breast - P-35g/ F-14g/ C-14g
2 cups cooked broccoli - P-9g/ F-10g/ C-26g
7:30 PM
Other half of my turkey sub
Can't get totals because idk how to factor in my subs..
TDEE- 1820
Stats- 5’ 10”, 175lbs, 20% Body Fat, 23 years old
I probably screwed this all up it's my 1st attempt at writing my diet out.

u workin out--any cardio--think ur tdee is off---gotta find the macros on those subs--or dont eat em

You can google each item contained in the sub and get nutritional facts about each and add them up. I also think your TDEE is off unless you are bed ridden. Also...find out how many cals are in each meal and then add up all the totals at the bottom of the diet.

The guy only has 140lbs of lean body mass, if his job is fairly sedentary that TDEE number might not be far off at all.

yea i wouldnt take winny unless ur like 10% or under--just focus on diet and cardio
