im 22 years old i weight 265 and im 6'7. im tryin to build a lot more lean muscle im a pretty big guy but i want a bigger chest bigger tris bigger everything. what should my diet look like i wanna lean up but i def. dont wanna get skinny. i also do a TON of ab workouts but still have a small gut. i know it cant be 100 percent planned out for me but any advise would help.
