    Question Rate my macros

I'm tired of being fat so i'm working in order to lose weight.
Actually i weight 85 kg at 26% bf (ouch) : target weight is somewhere in the sixty
Right now i'm eating 100gfat/100gpro/30gcarb a day, around 1400 kcal divided in 5 meals
I'm starting to skipping rope too (how much a day?) and some push up
    Any suggestion? I'm 19yo and 170() cm.

I hope i found the right section.

Search bmr/tdee and get yours set, then cut that by around 500-6-- and start from there. Also post your diet so we can critique it. I'm pretty sure it should look more like protein/carbs/good fats-40/40/20 as percentages of calories per source......... Let the pros get on here

    good bro

    A typical day.
meal 1 100g meat, 100ml cream, some green salad (so low cal that i dont care to weight it)
    meal 2 100g meat, 100g yogurt
meal 3 100g meat, 100ml cream, an orange
meal 4 100g meat, some green salad
meal 5 100g meat, 100ml cream, some almond()

    and thats it

btw is somewhat 1000 kcal from fat, 550 from pro and about 50 from carb ( i was a ****ing carb craver before)
so for a total of aprox 1600
    62.5% fat 34,4% pro 3%carb

    Sort of a keto one.

Thanx guys for the support, my weight is somewhat a roller coaster.
    16yo 90kg
17yo 70kg (maybe a ****ed up diet, actually write by a doctor, because i felt skinny and weak, not remember the body fat)
18yo 80kg (school, school and again school :| did boxe for 5 months and then i quit, felt good btw maybe a bit overconfident but it felt good)
19yo 85kg (university, total 3 hours of train almost everyday, ****ing sick of travel but it cost much less than rent an house )
Now, trying to get fit and stay fit and working to improve my english(lol)
