    I have seen the light!!

I finally jumped on a real diet, been lifting for a while, I was a boxer when younger and could always shed fat easily but as I am getting older it was getting harder so i finally started a diet program to cut, tell me if the numbers sound close to you guys as I am just getting started with diet loved milos videos need to watch them again lots of info there

    Stats
    5'4"
    150 lbs
    26yo
    14ish% fat

    Calculated bmr 1636.5 (edited)
Tee Calculation? lost the link lil help please
first few days totals were as follows

    Day 1
    Cal/pro/carb/fat
    1980/333/140/21

    Day2
    2185/330/88/90

    Day 3
    1912/220/160/88

    Day 4
    1665/225/24/28

    Day 6
    1982/220/104/80

    Day 7
    1500/200/68/56

    Day 8
    1600/200/90/39

Slipped up with a few foods not knowing the fat or carb content was so high like wheat toast and mixed nuts which are my morning carb and 1st fat portion of pro/fat meal respectivley
    my meals are
    6am pro/carb-wheat toast
    9am pro/fat usually-cashews or mixed
12 pro/ fib carb or sweet pot
    3pm pro/fat
    6pm pwo shake
    8pm pro/fib carb-green beans or brocc

should i cut 1 pro/fat and replace with pro/fib carb? and should these fib carb be included in totals?

How did you come up with a BMR of 2200, first things first. That's quite high. In fact, at 6'1" with a good bit of lean mass, my BMR is 2200.
