I just started my cutting diet and the last time I did with the lower carbs I was getting some pretty serious muscle cramps. I drink at least a gallon of water a day but I got some pretty insane muscle cramps.
This time around I'm cycling Clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and taking 3000mg of Taurine a day.
are there any tips to protect against muscle cramps?
