When bulking offseason diet, how many lbs of meat do you guys eat a day on average? Please specify what type of meat and your stats. Just curious I pretty much eat 1lb of ground beef a day and 2lbs of chicken. Stats: 5'10" 191lbs

unless its 95%+ lean beef thats a ton of saturated fats dude... I would switch to something a little healthier... but generally I eat between 2.5 and 3.5 lbs of chicken/steak/tuna with a protein shake thrown in there and protein from other sources (nuts/nut butter)
