    Night eating...?

    I do great with my diet and workout during the day - I end up with a 500 cal deficit on average (so it isn't too hardcore). But I wake up in the middle of the night and eat. I am half asleep and its like I have no self control. I dont eat anything crazy (maybe a balance bar or 1-2oz almonds or a couple handfuls of pretzels) but its annoying. How do I keep from doing this?

    eat lean beef or turkey meat before you go to bed, raw nuts will help too.

    Not a problem,factor in your 2am snack into your daily cals and stop feeling bad about eating at 2am! Just reduce some cals from other meals and replace them for the snack.Easy fix...TOP

    I just allow for the fat intake at night and eat a spoon full of natty peanut butter and a large glass of water... if I'm really hungry I'll throw a scoop of whey in the water... or have 2 spoonfulls... works like a charm...
