I do great with my diet and workout during the day - I end up with a 500 cal deficit on average (so it isn't too hardcore). But I wake up in the middle of the night and eat. I am half asleep and its like I have no self control. I dont eat anything crazy (maybe a balance bar or 1-2oz almonds or a couple handfuls of pretzels) but its annoying. How do I keep from doing this?
