Currently I'm trying to cut down to the 6-7% range and due to my schedule I do my cardio right after weights so my question is should I take some prtoein or carb in before I do my cardio? I'm doing 1 hour of cardo after weights sometimes more very seldom less and I also intake cassien protein before workout about 30gs and about 20gs of carb. Is there a pont to this cause really the first 20 mins or so of my cardio I would just be burning the carbs no? anyway advice?
