    Maintinance Diet?

Just curious how strict your diet needs to be for this if you reached a diserable look for yourself. Obviously the lower % BF you are the stricter the diet. But I am looking at being 12-14% range and maintain that. Just been been thinking about food lately due to my current diet, im still cutting now, but this is for the future. But just hoping with a decent diet and just good workouts and cardio 3-4 days a week for 30 min is enough. Just want to know that maybe eating the big pasta dish, or ice cream desert, hotdog, etc. is that much damaging when your just trying to maintain? ofcourse still in moderation. as long as you still meet your daily tdee, you should be fine?

Yes. If all you want is 12%-14 you will be able to be more lenient on your diet. Actually if you kept your diet in check and only cheated every once in a while cardio is not even necessary in my opinion.Although the problem in doing what you are wanting to do is that once you get to 14% bf, you start gaining to much and cheating more and more. Before you know it you are 20% bodyfat and hate yourself!! So be careful!!...TOP

Well your right about that, I dont want all my hard work to go to waste. I am just looking to find a good happy medium diet so I can maintain a decent look, but cut down back to a very lean look if I ever feel like it like for the summer. Wont Cardio keep your metabolism up though allowing you to be more relaxed with the diet? But you are right, I should always have my diet in check, I cant get carried away. I just want to do the 30 min a day low intensity a few days a week. But I do need to be careful for sure. Since hitting the 30 mark, things are a bit tougher for sure.

I would def enjoy life a little, but it sounds like to me you worked hard to get to the place your at. Try to keep the cheat meals to special occasions. I would definitely not stop with the cardio. Its so much harder to diet down back to 12% from 16% percent then it is to just maintain. Plus you never know when your gunna be taking off that shirt. Feels good to take it off and be ripped ha.
