Hi guy's need some help with a diet. Any info would really help. I'm 6'2 around 190 pounds. i would like to cut up a lot more than i am. I would like to be around 178 or so. i have been as high as 223. I work out 4 days a week i just need a really good diet to help me out. i do try to eat fish or chicken for dinner but need help with the other meals. also i'm 30 years old. Thanks a lot for any info and help anyone can give me.. my scale say's i'm 14.5% b/f don't know if that right or not..
