Hi guys, please could you have a look through my diet and give me some pointers to correct it or is ok??

Age 24
Height 6 foot
Weight 185lb
Bf 17%
Aim is to gain some lean mass and reduce body fat to get ready for my cycle.
Diet is: Cals/pro/carbs/fats
meal 1. 8 eggs-3 whole,5 whites
418/40/33/13
meal 2. 6oz chicken breast and 1 cup of broccoli
435/54/13/18
meal 3. protein shake
240/50/6/2
meal 4. PRE W/O 6oz salmon and 1 cup of brown rice
452/45/45/9
meal 5. POST W/O protein shake and vitargo (kind of like dextrose)
730/75/92/3
meal 6. 6oz lean steak and 1 cup of brocoli
529/51/13/30
Total Cals 2805/Pro 315/Carbs 202/Fats 75
Some advice would be great.
