Ive cut on it, but I am thinking of going on it again as I finish my cycle and my bulk.
Will stay on till PCT is clear + 2 weeks so 6 weeks total about.
Then adjust after that.

I would not advise keto for a bulk, or at the end of a cycle especially pct. that is a very catabolic time.
If you are going to use keto i suggest cyclic keto. Bump your calories,keep the foods the same all week (pro/fat) but refeed on the designated days (pro carbs)....TOP

Is it safe to switch before starting PCT. I figured if I get fully into Ketosis before my PCT I should be fine. Carb load heavy once a week, and roll normal Keto the rest?

the point of a CKD is to shred BF, but from what I understand when you come off a cycle you want to increae cals to keep your gains. Obv when on CKD you are not burning 100% bf so you will lose a bit of muscle. I think that would be the last thing you would want to do on a PCT. Why dont you finish that first then do the CKD to get extra shredded and show that new muscle you just built
Trial and error my friend! What works for one may not work for others,this is why magazines can come out with different issues. Try it and see how it does the best advice i can give you is keep your cals in check,ive never done AAS so i cant speak from experience in "coming off" them. My Arms are my tell, so I can measure and see.
Obviously a little fat on them now after a bulk.
I am still undecided.
I mean, PCT is what 3 weeks? If anything just eat clean, but maybe dont rly strict diet so you dont lose your new muscle n then at the end of the pct start up your CKD. Up to u though
