Ok well I just left the workout section....and now unto the diet....First things first I understand that this is the cornerstone of all results.

Here states
Age -22
Height. 5'8.5
Weight. 145lbs
(I can not get her to do body fat)

She hold her weight very well

Her goals

1. Toned body - no flabby arms, stomach, tight butt, no saddle bags.
2. Being able to be active without losing breath.

So basically she wants a nice tight body...(So do I...lol)

I need to know where to start...I watched all the videos on here..about dieting about a year ago....My diet is for the most part dialed in...but not looking to compete...stay add muscle and stay in shape...

For her stats and goals...what kinda of diet are we looking at....I have no clue about women...so any help would be great....thanks guys a lot
