im not sure if this has been posted but here is a trick i do.
i buy my meats in bulk, boneless chicken breast & steaks.....
i come home and beat my meat, i always beat my meat very good![]()
i sprinkle a lil tony chachere's on my meat then i freeze singles in quart freezer bags soaked in fat free italian dressing. take out the the day before and let it marinade in the italian dressing. GAS GRILL is a must! foreman sucks!
i spray it with all natural olive oil cooking spray & grill. steam you a lil boccoli with some brown rice.....
