    Need new diet

I'll be cutting starting March 1. Right now I'm 210 lbs, 5'11" and 18% bf. My job is physical and I get a ton of exercise daily so I really need good clean calories.

Meal 1 is always going to be a constant; protein and oatmeal pancakes!!!

    Meal 1 is 380 calories, 5g fat, 33g carbs, and 51g protein

It's my other 5 meals I am working on and they'll most likely consist of 6-8 oz chicken and veggies, hard boiled eggs, some yams and last meal of the day might be a protein shake only and some peanut butter.

So, a couple quick questions. Can a tin of tuna on bread with lite mayo be considered a decent meal during cutting? How can I get my calories up without eating crappy food? There aren't many calories in chicken and tuna and considering how much energy I use at work I need like over 3,000 calories.

Well, any meal suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for reading.

tuna with lite mayo and no bread with a 3/4 cup oats sounds better

X2 on the bread.. if you really wanna have bread limit to one slice on your first meal... chugging 8 eggwhites is not easy without bread for me so I go with Macks Flax (silver hills) has 17g of carbs and a long list of vitamins..
Lets figure out your TDEE and go from there..

so u need 5-7 meals that total about 2500-2600 cals---of which 40% come from protein and carbs and 20% from good fat
