Thread: cheap diet

    cheap diet

    right now this is my average schedule for eating. please give opinions.

    morning 8:00-
    2 good size bowls of cheerios and usually a piece of toast

    lunch 12:00-
    i will usually bake a chicken breast and make it a sandwich with some vegetables like mashed potatoes and corn.

    snack 2:30-3:30-
    protien shake or bar whichever i feel like having

    Dinner 6:00-
    always something with beef. either a burger and fries (homemade) or hamburger helper, or speggeti and meatballs...etc

    Snack 10:00-
    3 or 4 granola bars

    But i still cant gain wieght. i am 26 and have been tryin to gain for years. any advice?

    Heres my advice. None of this is good. Try a diet consisting of 5 - 7 meals of lean meat
    (such as boneless skinless chicken breast) and eat fat or carbs (or both, whichever you respond to better) ONLY once or twice a day.

    NOW, what is your average day like? Do you use AAS? Do you do alot of strenuous physical activity other than your workout? What is your daily workout time and weekly workout split?

    This diet is awfull, im not suprised ur not gaining weight

    Cheap Foods

    **Protein**

    Chicken Breasts
    Canned Tuna
    Mince Beef
    Cheap cuts of beef
    Cottage Cheese
    Milk
    Eggs


    **Carbs**

    Oats
    Rice
    Potatoes
    Sweet Potatoes
    Wholemeal Bread


    **Fats**

    Olive Oil
    Natty Peanut Butter
    Eggs

    All cheap, just learn how to cook sum different things.

    **Eat 6-8 Meals per day every 2-3 hrs
    **Take in protien at every meal
    **Eat 1-2g Protrin per Lb Bodyweight
    **Eat at least 2-3g Carbs per Lb Bodyweight

    **Once you have a decent diet planned out post it up and people will pick the shit out of it.

    AND DO NOT RELY ON WHEY PROTEIN AS YOUR MAIN SOURCE OF PROTEIN
