right now this is my average schedule for eating. please give opinions.
morning 8:00-
2 good size bowls of cheerios and usually a piece of toast
lunch 12:00-
i will usually bake a chicken breast and make it a sandwich with some vegetables like mashed potatoes and corn.
snack 2:30-3:30-
protien shake or bar whichever i feel like having
Dinner 6:00-
always something with beef. either a burger and fries (homemade) or hamburger helper, or speggeti and meatballs...etc
Snack 10:00-
3 or 4 granola bars
But i still cant gain wieght. i am 26 and have been tryin to gain for years. any advice?
