Okay I have a few questions about how to eat on cycle.
Stats
age 25
height 6'
weight 185 now currently on cycle 175 when started. (starting 4th week of test only cycle 600mgs a week)
bf 15%
My LBM is 147
My BMR is 1813.09
I figured this at my starting weight 175lb
My questions are do I adjust my calories to my new weight while on cycle or according to the weight I started at.
I would like to hit about 195 ultimately and maybe 10% bf.
Diet:
Morning shake with 1 cup of oatmeal and scoop of peanut butter 6:30am
Meal 1- packet of plain oatmeal or grits and 2 cans of tuna 9:30am
Meal 2- rice or baked potato with a chicken breast 12:30pm
bowl of grits before workout
workout 3:00pm
shake right after
snack hour after pack of tuna
Meal 3-rice or baked potato and eithwr chicken breast or real lean ground beef with some veggies 5:30pm
protein shake before bed
in between meals ill snack on rice cakes, chees cubes, peanut butter, peanuts, cottage cheese sometimes. etc
Any help would be appreciated im seeing good results but I would like to be leaner and not lose muscle gettin there.
