2629 is my maintence calories
I want to add as much clean mass as I can while on cycle. Im 6’0 205lbs approx 16-17% BF
How many calories would you all recommend per day so that I can add the mass and not gain too much fat? Id rather gain 12lbs of lean mass on cycle with virtually no fat rather than gain 20lbs and a few pounds of fat.
Right now Im eating 2200-2400cals a day with a split of about 200gP/150gC/100gF
I can build the food diet if some could help out on what you “think” my calorie intake should be and tell me what the split should be.
Let me know if my research has paid off. Im thinking you all will say 3000cals a day with a 275gP/225gC/125gF comes out to 3,125 cals
What Im wondering is what is best for adding mostly only muscle while on cycle. HIgher carbs or more clean fats? fish oil, olive oil and such
