    Omega 3 supplements?

    Just curious as to wether I should be taking fish oil supplements i'm on a 40/30/30 cutting diet right now and I'm intaking fats from natty pb (2 tbsp a day),(30 almonds a day), and probably (2 tbsp of evoo a day) plus whatever is in my protein sources and I also take a provit pack each morning, so do I bother taking fish oil supplements?

    yes take them---but add it to ur macros---and cut it from somewhere else if u have too

    id say 10 gr a day--so do 1 tbsp pb

    So I'm assuming 10 gr is like 2 tsp worth?

    I guess instead of adding pb to my cassien shake I'll swith it to 2 tsp of fish oil before bed?

    You should DEFINITELY be adding fish oils. Add them in place of all 3 of those fat sources. They are far superior to almonds, PB (crap) and EVOO.

    I would be trying to get 1/3 of total fat intake from fish oils.
