    real food PWO

    this was discussed a little in another thread but I wanted to make a new thread for this question specifically to see what people think. What would be the best real foods to eat PWO? ( no whey, soy, or egg powder). Egg whites would be good, what else?

    yes egg whites would be good as well as most other protein sources tuna,chicken, beef etc etc. but they take hours to digest so that where shakes come in handy to get protein asap.

    Yes i know that, but my question was what would be the best real foods. NOT protein powder.
