    diet

    Meal 1:
    2 Whole Eggs
    6 Egg Whites
    Half Cup Oatmeal


    Meal 2:
    1.5 Scoop Whey Protein
    1 Tablespoon Natty Peanut Butter


    Meal 3:
    Large Chicken Breast
    2 Cups Green Veggies
    1 Tablespoon Natty Peanut Buter


    Meal 4
    Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Brown Rice


    Meal 5:
    Large Chicken Breast
    2 Cups Steamed Broccoli
    2 Tablespoons Natty Peanut Butter




    Hows this diet look? i realise i aint posted the macros but do you think its ok to work on?

    What is the total calories per day and what are your stats? List your TDEE as well

    add another meal of chicken breast or similar.
