hey i was told to come talk to you about a diet i heard you where one of the best on here well here we go i am 6'3 300lbs and a body fat around 25 to 30% and its pretty much just around my mid section i used to be 475 and have dropped to 270 is the lowest i have ever been and now i seem to be stuck in this 300 area and i was thinking about starting a cycle test and deca and i was told to talk to you before i did anyting and so you know my diet is not the best but but above advrage i would guess i have 4 eggs for breakfast with toast and a yogurt lunch its usally some kinda sandwhich like peanut butter or turkey or lean ham i have a snack that is a can of tuna or some oysters then dinner is what ever i kinda feel like making which is heathly still and i was gona start putting some protine shakes in when i started the cycle my legs are solid and my arms are also chest alight just a gut so if you could please help me that would be amazing
