Is this an ideal diet for a bulking diet

    Stats:
    Height: 185cm
    Weight: 84kg
    BF%: 15%
    Age: 18

Hello all. I'm looking for advice on my current bulking diet, this is how it looks at the moment:

    7am:

    80grams of oats with water
4 egg whites (can't eat the yellow)

    10am:

    Brown rice 100grams
    Chicken skinless 100grams
    Glutamine

    1pm:

    Brown Rice 100 grams
    Singapore noodles 100 grams

    4pm:

    Oats 80grams with water
    Protein Shake(after gym)

    7pm:

    Beef Steak 100 grams
    Singapore noodles 100 grams

    10pm:

    Protein Shake

    P.S.
I am also using N.O. Shotgun prior to gym and Sythesize after gym.

All up it calculates to 2,272 calories, 54.0g of fat 221.3g of carbs and 230.7g of protein.

Looking for any advice and tips. Plan on bulking to around 91kg's then plan on cutting down to around 12% BF.

    Appreciate

I haven't started the diet yet. Made it and am starting it tomorrow. Was just looking for tips and more info.

Thanks for the tips will configure it if I haven't gained much weight within the first week.

P.S. I'm looking at gaining around 400 grams a week so not in a real rush. Also how much water would you recommend I drink? 2 litres??

    Thanks for the input

    Hey bro,

Im pretty new to the diet game but have been doing my research for the last few months... so dont take my word as a professional by any means, but i have noticed a few things just looking over yours

Firstly you need to give us you TDEE
Secondly macro's for each meal... just looking at that, there is no way your protein adds up to 230 grams... it'd be more like 150 bro... and at 2272 calories, your prob not consuming enough food to bulk... and based on your macro's, they add up to 2294. not sure where your getting your 54 grams of fat from either?

All in all, its not a bad first attempt (much better than mine) and considering your 18, you'll have it down in a matter of months... it took me till 22 years old to work out how important diet is! So good job getting into it now!

I would increase your protein portions... so like 150 or 200 grams in the meals. carbs is pretty good, but not sure if all that food only equates to 221 grams, as there is a fair amount of carbs there, and your fats will have to go up around the 100g or more (make sure you include efa - essential fatty acids) nuts, peanut butter etc etc Udo's oil is dope for this also!

Anyways, thats my 2 cents bro... im sure some of the other guys could help you out here, but first things would be to check your macro's first, get them right so you know what your looking at!

    hope this helps champ!

I shoot for at least 4 litres,

i dont think u will gain on ur diet unless to make adjustments

as deano says ur totals are a bit high, oughly i recan ur protein is at less than 150g, MAKE THOSE ADJUSTMENTS

And yer, I can't eat the egg yolks because I will literally vomit. Only thing I can't eat. Eat pretty much everything else.

Get your own macros off the actual packets, etc. I used fitday and some of the macros were way off.

There all my own food, just the steak, chicken and brown rice aren't. Not really concerned if I'm off by 2g's of protein.

Thanks for the help. I'll notify you in around 3 months(hopefully I'm 90-91kg's) bulked up and looking good.
