Hey

So as we all know that by drinking a good amount of water each day, we help rid the body of water that is retained in the body tissue... so this obviously helps us lose weight

But what else does it get rid of? I recall people saying it helps flush out the "toxins" in the body, but does flushing out such "toxins" also mean that we will also reduce our body weight by ridding ourselves of whatever "toxins" we have?
