    How many Grams of simple sugars PWO

    i like to try Milos suggestion/advise and like to take simple sugars after i workout, i like to mix maple syrup with my whey isolate and eggs, so my question is how many grams of sugar i need/should take without worrying about converting sugars to fat?

    if ur worried about sugars converting to fat dont take sugars---u ever tried complex carbs pwo?

    I thin hes talking about getting an insulin spike so complex carbs wouldnt do that. I think 30 gams of either dextrose or maltodextrin would do it.

    He's refering to the secret of the pro's nutrition by Milos Sarcev and how he says to take simple carbs post work out. I think you (mg1228) actually had those video's posted in one of your threads. But not many bodybuilders use simple carbs pwo, milos is one of the few that I have heard or read of using them.

    yes that’s what i am after. the reason i am asking is because i've stopped growing no matter how hard i work, it could be 2 reasons, 1 it could be that my test is low, 2 i think i am not putting enough crabs in, so my muscles are being cannibalized for energy. i thought to give Milos idea a shot and see if that helps.

    0.25g per pound of body weight is what ive heard and use.

    yea--those videos are a good watch for guys to get the idea of how to eat---i just dont agree with the simple carbs pwo--not that i disagree i just dont think it is necessary---the idea with simple carbs is to quickly replenish glycogen stores--well u cant quickly replenish glycogen stores---this takes atleast 24 hr--so thats why i just do complex

    id post up your diet if ur not gaining--as that is usually where the problem lies

    but if u think ur diets good then 60-70 gr should b enough
