Hello, i'm starting a cycle after a shoulder injury and i would like some help with the diet that i should be doing with it.
Here's my stat, 24 y/o 178 lbs bf 21 percent. seriously lifting for about three years and this is my 3 cycle.
cycle plan test sust 250 2x week for 12 to 14 weeks, deca nan 300 2 times a week for 12 weeks.
Diet
5 am oatmeal, 1 fruit
7 am two whole eggs,1 cup of green vegetables
9 am peanut butter sand, 2 scoops of whey protein
11 am brown rice and 8 ounces of lean meat, fish, beef, chicken, turkey etc
130 pm two egg whites, 1 fruit
400 pm am oatmeal, 1 fruit
work out
730pm brown rice and 8 ounces of lean meat, fish, beef, chicken, turkey etc
10 pm 1 scoop of creatine, 1 fruit, peanut butter sandwish
