I go with 4-5 oz. a meal of london broil. It's 31 pro and 4 fat per 3 oz. according to nutritiondata dot com
i do 6 oz, get little more protein and will carry you thought he night little longer.
I’ve never taken shakes before bed time, i only take it PWO. i usually eat beef and almonds, or cottage cheese and almond. it seems to sustain me through the night.
BTW BJ, i keep watching Milos videos and every time i see something new. the biggest one is carbs intake, what and when. if you don't take enough then your body will breakdown your muscle for energy, and if you take too much then it turns into fat, so you need to experiment and find what your crabs intake needs are and continue from there.
