Hey, fellas. I'm hoping to get some help on how to build a cutting diet, and also gain some LBM. My stats and current diet are listed below. I know that my diet is really bad right now, but I don't know exactly what I need to do to it in order to see the gains I want. I know that I need to calculate my BMR and TDEE, but could someone please tell me how to do this? And maybe exactly what these numbers mean? Any stickies I can read?
Stats:
25 years old
5'9"
180 lbs.
about 13-14% bf (guessing)...I was 11% about a year ago, but I put on some extra unwanted pounds.
ANY OTHER STATS NEEDED, PLEASE LET ME KNOW
I train every muscle group once a week, heavy.
current diet:
#1-Protein shake
#2-(2) tbone steaks with one onion and one tomato cooked
#3-(2) tbone steaks with mashed potatoes and vegetable (canned corn or peas)
#4-PWO--protein shake and yogurt
Like I said, I know that this is a horrible diet, and I would appreciate it if there were no negative posts. All I would like is some help on how to cut fat and gain some LBM.
