Your in a calorie deficiet now, so avoid compounds that cause your adrenals to secrete cortisol IMHO. Caffiene = Cortisol increase.
If you have to, use it. The increase in cortisol wont effect your body a great deal pre-WO. Keep it in moderation. Dont be drinking 4-5 cups of coffee throughout the day.
i drink 2 cups pre wo which is 8:30am and 2 cups after dinner which is 6pm---i guess thats no good -- how can this be hurting me? catabolism? slowing fatloss? slowing muscle growth? or all the above
caffiene increase blood flow and helps dialate your viens right? so can that be a good thing for muscle growth even though you are raising you metabolism? idk i just bought a crap load of suger free rockstars on sale... 14 for 5 bucks and i only drink them on sunday but was curious if it was alright any time through my week
I drink a low carb monster everyday
Honestly, just because it tastes good. I diet so hard throughout the day it is like the only thing that keeps me sane. But I'm not happy taking in so much artificial sweetner, if I ever stop drinking LC Monster it will be for that reason
I'm drinkn that new yellow rockstar. It tasts good I don't think it has artificial sweetner in it. 3% lemon, sucrose, omly like 20 cals a can. I'm drinkn it cuz 2 cups coffie for bfast aint waken me up.
