    On the juice. Burger King Triple whopper sandwich as post workout meal... Ok??

    Im on my 8th week of a test e 250mgx2/week cycle. Kick started with dbol. Im 6'4, 220lb. 190lb before cycle. I eat about 4500 calories a day (clean diet) switch the macros time to time. Im
    not gaining alot of fat, which is good. Now
    i know this is because of the steroids cz if i was eating like this with the same amount of activity level without steroid... I would be all fat.

    Anyway, Now im wondering... Would a triple whopper sandwich (about 1125 calories) be good immediately after an intense workout. Mind you, its about 84 grams of fat (not your friendly fat too). But since its immediately after a workout, and the fact that im on steroids. Is it ok, or even good?

    as a cheat meal once a week that is the best time 2 put it in but bro, come on!!

    if ur gunna cheat dnt just go 4 the most outragous option known 2 man.

    thats 750 cals from fat, not exactly a wise cheat meal IMO

    When you say "eating like this" I assume you are referring to your "clean diet". Regardless if you were on or off steroids if your diet is clean you have the potential to gain lean muscle mass. You have me curious. Sandman post your diet using Twist's sticky format so we can see your diet if you have time.

    McD Double Quarter Pounder is a great alternative.

    It's obviously not OK, but one cheat meal a few times a month is no big deal, and you owe it to yourself. And yeah usually post-workout is the best time to slam something like this, but you gotta think after your workout you need protein NOW. All the fat is gonna slow down the digestion. Post-Workout or not it's gonna make you fat so just enjoy it whenever. BTW don't make a habit out of it, you will get fat, thus making you unlovable.

    No1 should eat the meal. Ever. The fact that I could go to prison if caught putting heroine or acid in my body, but I could get 80 grams of saturated fat in 1 mediocre sandwich at a drive-thru says a lot about how f8cked up America is.
