time to stop putting this off and get it done. in the past i have just used and example diet out of a mag or book for a 200 lb person. atm it worked well for me but lately have hit a plateau. which tells me my diet is not working for me anymore.

currently the average day looks like this(i eat every 2 hours have for about 2 years now
morning 6 eggs only 2 yokes. whole wheat bagel or 2 pieces of whole wheat toast protein=35 carbs=41 fat=1.5 cals=414
protein bar (big100 colossal) protein=30 carbs=48 fat=12 cals=420
2pc whole wheat bread 2 tbs of peanut butter and a servering of jelly. protein =14 carbs=46 fat=5 cals=410
chicken breast, whole wheat crackers mixed nuts. protein=45 carbs=22 fat=41 cals=627
beef jerkey protein=18 carbs= < 1 fat=1.5 cals=120
pre workout shake 1 scoop of whey and other aminos
protein=30g carbs=4 fat=1 cals=130
post workout shake 2 scoops of whey and 2 scoops of wazy maize
protein=60 carbs=68 fat=1 cals=500
sirloin 8 oz 1 cup broccoli protein=52 carbs=12 fat=16 cals=374
cottage cheese 1 cup protein=27 carbs=8 fat=6 cals=194
total protein = 311
total carbs = 269
total fat = 85
total cals = 3189
if i get hungry i throw in random greens and fruit. i drink one 8 ounce glass of milk a day and also same for orange juice. the rest i drink water or tea. this is just what i commonly also will subsitute tilapia, salmon, and tuna.
i watched the at the top of this section good stuff. got me thinking. i am a really hard gainer.
