Why are you starving right after your meals? unless you are on keto I don't see a reason. you may be at too much of a calorie deficit

MILK - Skim if I am cutting / Full cream is not.
Factor 1 big ICE COLD glass into your macros everyday and save it for this moment.

I think you guys missed the part where he said, "severely low-cal".

Thanks to the munchies, I've become a master of binge-eating without cheating. Also, it's always late at night, so none of these suggestions have carbs.

Get some Lite Silken Tofu - 180 cals, 20 from fat, ~ 40g protein in an entire package, . Puree it up with a scoop of chocolate casein powder, a tbspn. of cocoa powder, a dash of vanilla, and a few packets of splenda. You've got a salad bowl full of chocolate pudding. 280 calories, most of which are via protein.

Take 8 egg whites and whip them into meringue. If you're not familiar with this process, it's just beating them in a mixer on medium until foamy, and then on high until stiff like marshmallow fluff. Add splenda until sweet. You can also add Cinnamon, vanilla, and whatever other flavors you like. Scoop it into cookie-sized balls on a greased baking sheet and bake them at 300 degrees until golden brown on top. Calorie-neutral meringue cookies.

Mix some chopped garlic, sea salt, cracked black pepper, a tbspn. of EVOO, and a pinch of shredded Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Toss with a bunch of steamed green veggies and they are delicious enough to snack on.

Chop up and render 3 strips of reduced fat/sodium bacon (70 cals) in a non-stick pan on medium heat until slightly crisp. Add 1/2 a chopped onion and cook in the rendered bacon. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar and toss your brussell sprouts in the pan. Wow.

Steam some cauliflower. Whip it up in a mixer with the same mixture as listed above for the sprouts. Only difference is leeks instead on onion and chicken stock instead of vinegar. You won't go back to mashed potatoes.

More where those came from. Those are just from this week. F*ck my life and my appetite.

I found a trick out about celery.
If you take it raw and just dip the end of it in "Old Bay" seafood seasoning it tastes almost exactly like potatoe chips!
    Try it.

I may have to try that one just because it sounds so unlikely to be true.
