When your not home often, what meals do you bring with you?

Usually Meal 1-3 and 6 i am home to cook. Then theres meals 4+5 of my diet that could use a lot more work. These are usually the meals when im at work, what do you guys usually bring to eat? I've been grilling up some chicken strips lately and heating em up at work. Besides that im not sure what else to bring, i already have my PWO shake so i don't want to bring anymore whey.

Usually i get stuck with yogurt+oats, or natty PB on whole wheat bread. Trying to replace it with something

Whatever you usually cook and eat at home, just throw it on some tupperware and you are set.

I guess i was more or less just looking for something better to replace my meal hah.

What are some other good meats i can buy and whip up easy? Usually i just eat lots of chicken, tuna, and turkey.

I eat the same foods regardless but I do make changes based on microwave availability. For example, if I won't be able to heat my food - Salmon/Cauliflower/Brown rice would be super gross. Now, 6 oz. of ground turkey tossed with a roasted sweet potato and mashed up is good and easy to scarf regardless. I don't really think there's an acceptable reason to do meal-replacements. Tupperware is god.

I just toss some chicken breast or ground turkey in tupperware with rice/sweet potatoe and veggies and I am good to go.

Yeah i think im just gonna start going chicken strips + veggies 2 meals a day. Will make my diet a lot better. Thats probably gonna get pretty expensive though. 8-10 strips per day.
