    Creative ways to get egg white in my diet?

    I cant stand eggs,the smell of them, the taste of them. I hate everything about them.
    But damn itd be nice to incorporate them into my diet.

    Any of you feel the same way about eggs but found tricky ways to hide the smell or taste?

    I've even tried just eating them real fast but start feeling sick instantly

    What are you goals - cut, bulk, etc?

    IMO you can get alot more creative if you're not cutting.

    If not trying to have a very low calorie meal - whip 2 yolks and 6 whites with splenda, vanilla, cinammon, 2 tbspn. of natty PB, and 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein. Pan fry it on medium-low like a pancake. It's not a pancake but it's a pretty good, easy bodybuilding meal despite being a little dry.

    If trying to have a very low calorie protein source - you can simply whip 8 egg whites into meringue with artificial sweetener you can bake them into meringue cookies.

    pour some 100% liquid egg whites in your shakes... I put like 1/4 cup in my casein shake every night.... cant taste it

    Also the protein muffin recipe I found on this site isn't bad either.... here is how i make them.
    Ground up 1/2 cup of oats mix with 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites then and another 1/2 cup of oats and pour into muffin pan. I added a little sugar free blueberry jam too and bake at 425 for 25 minutes.

    Other than that scrambled eggs with lots of hot sauce

    I lied i also eat one to two more egg whites everyday in my tuna salad
    1 can of tuna
    1 tablespoon of mustard
    1/2 tablespoon of mayo
    minced onion
    1 tablespoon of dill relish
    and as many cut up boiled egg whites as you want

    If you can afford the mayo, egg salad is always a good choice:

    chopped hard boiled eggs
    salt and pepper (I like white pepper)
    diced celery
    mustard
    couple dashes of worcherstire sauce (sp?)

    Mix it all up and enjoy!

    Fried eggs - melt some cheddar over scrambled eggs/omlette - changes the taste completely IMO. If you want to eat a little cleaner (less fat) drop the cheese, scramble some eggs and use hot sauce - very good!
