OK so I'm trying to lose some more bf. I recently went from 25 to 14 which I am at now. And I'm doing good so far but I'm concerned about my protein intake. Should I shoot for 2g's of protein per lean lb of body weight or total?

2 grams for LBM is plenty.

If you're trying to cut body fat, you'll want a caloric deficit obviously. That becomes hard to achieve when you're consuming 300g of protein at only 165 lbs.
Point being, your TDEE can't be over 2500 and 2g of pro per lb. of body weight puts you at 1200 cals without a single gram of carb/fat. 200g per day is plenty of protein for you to cut on.
