Water in Thailand

I am going to Thailand for several months and I`ll be visiting various parts of the country.

What to do about the water? I want to keep drinking a gallon of water every day but I`m a little hesitant to drink the tap water there.

What do you suggest? Any simple solutions? Is the water in stores safe to drink that much for a foreigner?

Im sure the bottled water is better than the tap water...If u have room for it maybe take a water purifier...When i go on long trips i usually take an R.O. system with me and fill up my own gallon jugs..

you cant drink tap water in malaysia and malaysia is a more developed country than thailand. you should be able to find respectful brands like spritzer or cocacola. if you want it cheap then buy from big supermarkets.
