I just finished a 7 week prop cycle and gained alot of muscle. Im having problems eating during pct and I know thats the most important thing in keeping my hard earned muscle. Im not good at cooking so most of my meals are cooked on my foreman grill. What kinds of foods should I be eating right now and how much? Ive been supplementing meals with whey protien due to lack of appetite. Any help would be appreciated.
