    Is my diet good for bulking??

    I'm currently on a test e and deca cycle. Is this a good diet.
    I'm 5'7" weight 190lbs age 30 bf% around 18
    I'm doing 3400 cal a day
    20% fat - 85 grams
    40% carbs - 360 grams
    40% protein - 350 grams

    My fats are coming from almonds , peanut butter olive oil some meats and just one bag of doritos lol.
    My carbs are from Oatmeal in my morning and Post workout shake at 6pm , wheat bread some fruits veggies and that bag of doritos.
    Protein from my shakes, chicken , fish , some beef , milk , eggs, cottage cheese peanut butter.
    Does that look good?

    I know my bf is 18%. Should I lower my calories to maitnance and/or do more cardio (3-4 times a week)
