    1 kcal how much calories?

    The label on my whole milk says 120 kcal per 200 grams does that mean 1200 calorie?

    If you want total kcals of the carton, it depends on how much the carton holds.

    200g's = 120kcal
    400g's = 240kcal

    Which means 1gram is 1.66 kcals.
