    Bread is basically the same as the pasta - not the best/cleanest choice, but IMO it's fine if you are careful. About the best you can get is Ezekiel Bread made by a company called Food for Life - you can find it in the freezer section of most supermarkets, or at least some of them (Wegman's, Whole Foods, etc)

    I will look for the Ezekial Bread.

    I am from Texas and Mexican food is a big thing. So I try and make my own style being healthy. No refried beans or anything. But I will make my own chicken tacos/burritos. One thing I just found was Lavash bread. I use this instead of tortillas. What do you think of those?

    I will probably be substituting the lean meats with lean ground beef, ground turkey, fish and lean steak. The serving size will remain the same, but the macros may change somewhat.

    Let me know what you think. Kind of wish I could figure something out for the 5:00 meal other than the shake, but that is when I leave work so I would be driving. Just made it seem easy.

    Please give me any advice.
    You must really like rice. You have rice in almost all of your meals.

    Yeah itīs easy to get gassy and bloated from whole wheat carbs. Fruits are better :P

    Been keeping up with the diet. Not losing alot of weight yet, but I am going to stick with it.

    I did finish up my hdrol cycle and I dropped 3.1% on my BF. And I only was on this revised diet for the last two weeks.

    The number on the scale has not gone down at all. I am through with my cycle and have completed 1 week of my PCT. Wondering when the rest of the fat will come off.
