    Please critique

    35 yr old
    5'8" 207lbs
    bf% unsure 20ish small gut n love handles

    will this help me burn fat?

    6a 60 mins cardio (moderate elliptical..bad knee)
    7a 2 scoop pro(48g) 1/2 banana 8oz skim milk
    9a 2eggs 5 whites 5 shrimp bell pepp 1/2c oats
    11a (i lift at 12n still eat now?) 1chk breast 1c homemade spag sauce(10 cal) 1/2 sweet pot
    1p 2scoop pro(48g) 1/2c oats
    3p 8oz 93/7 lean gr bf 1/2 sweei pot 1c fro broc cauli sno pea
    5p 1 chk breast spag sauce froz veg
    7p 8 oz salmon froz veg
    9p 2 scoop pro(48g) 2tbs nat pb

    please advise... Thx
    I do cardio 6 days/wk
    lift circuit 5 days

    i think it would be benificial for you to take your protien as soon as you wake up to fight off catabolism and then after your morning cardio eat some eggs and oats.

    this is what i do but im bulking so it may be different for us. just thought id bring it up and someone else can advise on it
