    http://i39.tinypic.com/qq8ys6.jpg

    My macros are in the picture 30% - 40% - 30% C/P/F

Might change the Pre workout oats for a banana?

And some of the flax seed might have peanut butter.

Also PPW meal, steak might be fish or salmon sometimes

I will take multi vits and plenty of water.

    Green tea/ Black Coffee

Will also we have Prop & Winny (maybe Tren, depends on budget) - Clen then T3 on off weeks.

Cardio Fasted 4 times a week and once at night time.

    Training 5 Days a week.

    I'm 5'10"

    26 years old

    200lbs

Not a huge amount of fat, but have been bulking alot.... abs have nearly gone

Hope this is enough information. Looking to cut for around 8 weeks, if i get to my goal.

Tried cutting a couple of times in the past, but I feel I loose too much muscle, so upped cals a bit more this time... Have also tried keto and this is not for me.

Post your diet up with macros, your BMR and your TDEE, but for now keep the oats, don't use the banana. They are not bad for you but as you are wanting to cut up, they do have a lot of natural sugars.

i am not a pro by any means but you need to swap your whey shakes for some whole foods. majority of your protein is coming from shakes. chicken breast tuna lean steak cuts all better options.
now if you want to say time is an issue well join us all here who manage all this plus daily lives. precook and pack wherever you go. never get ccaught without some homecooking.

Right on the money there jay. Get some tuppawear or wrap your food in a sock, whatever it takes, just get some real food in there.
